Our 4 Step Training Programme has been specifically designed to support you at every stage of your career.

4 Step training programme

We are passionate about developing our people to ensure they have successful and rewarding careers with us. Our industry-leading 4-Step Training Programme consists of a blend of classroom training, one-to-one coaching and ongoing mentoring and support.


Our Foundation Course consists of a Training Academy for people joining us with no recruitment experience.


Our Core Programme provides our Associate Consultants and Consultants with development across a wide range of recruitment skills, enabling them to progress their careers across the different paths available.



Our Evolve programme is for experienced Consultants who want to stretch their capabilities and take on new challenges.


Our Enhance Programme is for Senior Leadership to support them in taking their career to the next level.

Ongoing Training and Support

Once a Consultant has finished group training the support doesn’t stop there. We provide ongoing access to The Recruitment Network an interactive platform that promotes continual training and self-development to improve performance, profitability and purpose. It includes a wealth of interactive courses, videos and documents to help with all aspects of your learning.
