Whether you are starting out your career with us or already on that journey, we make sure we offer competitive and rewarding packages every step of the way. It’s important to us to provide our staff with clarity around how performance and contribution links to pay, so as well as the standard salary increases for hitting clear targets on promotion plans, we use flexible approaches like milestones, to help recognise people who are performing well and set them stretching, but achievable, targets to help them move up the salary ladder without having to wait to be moved up a grade.
Our commission scheme is designed to reward well those who do well and reward handsomely those who exceed. Yes, we have a threshold, but we take a fair approach, as long as you hit your threshold, we then pay you back on all your billings. Plus, for any new Consultants, you get a 9 month “no threshold honeymoon” to support you whilst you get up and running. And we hold annual commission and pay reviews to ensure we are up there with our competitors.
