Laurie Boyall

Founder & Group CEO

Laurie is responsible for ensuring all parts of the company are heading in the same direction, whilst maintaining our common values and delivering sustainable growth for the firm. Laurie is a big Arsenal fan and can often be seen walking the floor looking for a chat.

Lucy Frost

Group people director

Lucy is responsible for all things people related at McGregor Boyall. As well as her passion for people, their careers and their development, Lucy loves a bit of karaoke, spending time with her family and occasionally partying with the girls in Ibiza!
