I joined McGregor Boyall just over a year ago as a Managing Consultant for the Marketing Recruitment team, and the time has flown! I quickly realised this company had a workforce of engaged people who felt respected and appreciated, and it didn’t take me long to feel part of the team. With the support of senior leadership in the business, I could propel my career on a positive uphill trajectory and recently achieved promotion to Associate Director. I am learning each day surrounded by ambitious and talented individuals.
