Like a lot of people, I didn’t have a clue about recruitment until I ended up in it! That was over 20 years ago, where on earth did the time go?! Well, the answer to that is several years recruiting Librarians (much more interesting than it sounds I promise!), followed by a stint back at university doing a Post-Graduate in Career Management. I then tread the boards on the “other side” in internal recruitment at Ernst & Young before finally bringing the recruiting and the career management together at McGregor Boyall.
Working with people is not my only passion, I love to sing and good luck getting the microphone off me at a Karaoke! I have enjoyed a few sessions in a recording studio but unfortunately have not been discovered by Simon Cowell yet! I also love a holiday, my two favourite places are Norfolk, rock pooling with my family and enjoying pub lunches and then girls’ breaks in Ibiza, cocktails and partying!
