And our commission scheme is designed to reward well those who do well and reward handsomely those who exceed.
Additionally, we believe it’s important for us to provide you with clarity around how performance and contribution link to pay. So, as well as structured salary increases for hitting clear targets on promotion plans, we use flexible approaches such as milestones to help recognise exceptional performance. We also set stretching – but achievable – targets to help you move up the salary ladder without having to wait to be moved up a grade.
